Information was spread across multiple places, making it harder for employees to find what they needed. This created a more fragmented experience and added unnecessary friction to everyday tasks. The goal was to bring everything into one place, creating a clearer and more structured experience that was easier to navigate.

The Brief

I worked on designing a central hub using Google Sites, focusing on improving structure, navigation and content organisation. A big part of this was rethinking how information was grouped and surfaced, so people could find what they needed more quickly without having to search across multiple sources. The focus was on keeping things simple and intuitive, while still supporting a wide range of content.

My Approach

The new hub created a more consistent and structured experience, making it easier for employees to access key information. Bringing everything into one place reduced friction and helped simplify how people interacted with internal content day to day.
