Designing clearer, calmer digital experiences
I’m Charlotte, a UX designer with lived experience of ADHD and autism. I design websites, digital experiences and systems that feel clearer, calmer and easier to use. I started my business after seeing how often accessibility and inclusion were treated as a checklist, rather than something that genuinely improves how people experience digital spaces.

How I got here
I started noticing how often accessibility and inclusion were treated as a matter of compliance, rather than something rooted in care and real impact. Around that time, I came across a statistic that really stayed with me: around 78% of neurodivergent founders feel they need to hide their neurodiversity in business settings (if you’re as shocked as I was, you can read the neurodivergent founders report here).
After being diagnosed with ADHD and autism, I began to understand just how much I had been masking at work, and how exhausting that had become. In January 2025, I left my corporate role following autistic burnout and decided it was time to go my own way and design in a way that genuinely supports people.
I don’t believe anyone should have to hide their neurodivergence to appear more ‘professional’. I’m on a mission to change the status quo around accessibility and inclusion from the ground up, by creating digital experiences and systems that feel clearer, smoother and easier to manage, without adding to that pressure.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me learning more about web accessibility, watching musicals in the West End, cosy gaming, lifting heavy things at the gym, or hyper-focusing on a new hobby (at the moment, I’m learning how to crochet 🧶).
